Gomaco Trolley Company: A Work In Progress - Charlotte

Charlotte, North Carolina - Trolley #85 - February 2007

In early 2006, Gomaco Trolley Company received trolley #85 from Charlotte, North Carolina. They put in new controllers, installed new wiring, added an inverter and installed a crank-style emergency brake system. A heater was also installed under one of the front seats. This project was completed and delivered in February 2007. Charlotte, North Carolina, also has three GOMACO replica Birney trolleys running the trolley lines in their city.
